As a counselor, I believe that healing happens in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focused on helping you reconnect with your inner strength, clarify your values, and take meaningful steps toward the life you desire to have. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and person-centered therapy, just to name a few. I utilize therapeutic techniques that focus on your personal experiences, assist in reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and rewriting your story in a way that feels empowering and authentic. Ultimately, therapeutic approaches are not one-size-fits-all, so the option of switching gears is always available.
